Job summary

Sealy Mattress Middle East is seeking a Sales Manager to lead and grow revenue across retail and contract segments in Dubai. You will develop sales strategies, coach a dynamic team, and ensure exceptional customer service.

The role requires a minimum of 5 years in sales management, strong leadership, and strong communication and negotiation skills. A Bachelor's degree is preferred, age 30-45, Egyptian male.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in sales management, preferably in consumer goods or bedding.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Strong leadership qualities with ability to motivate and guide a sales team.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to analyze sales metrics and develop actionable strategies.
• Familiarity with retail and B2B sales environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the sales team to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue for both retail and contract segments.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans that align with overall business objectives.
• Conduct market analysis to identify new opportunities and potential areas for growth.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers retailers and commercial partners.
• Provide training and development for the sales team to enhance their skills and product knowledge.
• Monitor sales metrics and prepare regular reports for upper management to indicate performance and forecast future trends.
• Collaborate with marketing initiatives to support sales efforts and drive brand awareness.
