Sealy Mattress Middle East is seeking a passionate Sales Executive to drive growth in the UAE market. Based in Dubai, you will identify opportunities, present products, and build lasting client relationships to expand Sealy's market share.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of sales experience in consumer goods or retail, a proven track record of meeting targets, and strong communication skills. Fluent English; Arabic a plus. This role offers a dynamic team and performance bonuses.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue sales opportunities throughout the UAE to increase the market share of Sealy products.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to clients addressing their inquiries and providing tailored solutions.
• Establish and nurture strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to encourage repeat business.
• Conduct engaging product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the unique benefits of our mattresses.
• Achieve and exceed individual sales quotas contributing to the overall success of the sales team.
• Gather and analyze market insights and customer feedback to inform sales strategies and product offerings.
• Keep abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to identify and capitalize on emerging opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field.
• At least 5 years of sales experience in a similar role ideally within the consumer goods or retail sector.
• Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Proficient in building strong relationships and working collaboratively within a team.
• Experience with CRM systems and market analysis tools.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
