Job summary

Sealy Mattress Middle East is seeking an Outdoor Sales Manager to drive revenue growth through premium retail partnerships, wholesale distributors, and hospitality projects in Dubai. The role demands a strong network among furniture retailers, hospitality accounts, and interior designers to expand Sealy’s footprint beyond showroom environments.

We require a bachelor’s degree in business or marketing, 8+ years of outdoor sales experience in consumer goods/home furnishings, Arabic and English

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related discipline.
• 8+ years of proven outdoor sales experience in consumer goods/home furnishings or bedding industries.
• Residency in UAE with understanding of Dubai market.
• Native-level Arabic and business-level English.
• Valid UAE driving license and willingness to travel extensively in Dubai territory.

Responsibilities

• Market Expansion & B2B Sales: prospect, negotiate, and close opportunities with premium retail partners, wholesalers, and hospitality projects in Dubai.
• Account Management: nurture and grow relationships with key accounts.
• Sales Strategy & Execution: develop and implement outdoor sales plans and local promotions to hit targets.
• Contract Growth: secure corporate contract sales with hotels, real estate developers, and project managers.
• Market & Competitor Intelligence: monitor trends, pricing, and competitors in premium bedding sectors.
• Reporting & Forecasting: use CRM systems to provide forecasts, pipeline health, and performance reports.

We serve premium retail, wholesale, and major commercial contract markets across the MENA region.

Position Summary

We're looking for a high-performing, strategically minded Outdoor Sales Manager to lead and accelerate revenue growth across our retail partnerships, wholesale distributors, and contract/hospitality segments in Dubai. We're looking for an aggressive market builder with a strong network among furniture retailers, hospitality accounts, and interior designers, who will expand Sealy's footprint outside traditional showroom environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Market Expansion & B2B Sales: Actively prospect, negotiate, and close new business opportunities with high-end furniture retail partners, wholesale distributors, independent bedding retailers, and hospitality projects across Dubai.
• Account Management: Cultivate and maintain deep, long-term relationships with strategic key accounts, ensuring premium product positioning and brand alignment.
• Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement targeted outdoor sales plans and local promotional initiatives to achieve and exceed monthly and annual revenue targets.
• Contract Growth: Target and secure corporate contract sales with hotels, real estate developers, and high-ticket project managers in the region.
• Market & Competitor Intelligence: Keep a pulse on market trends, pricing strategies, and competitor movements within the premium bedding and luxury home furnishings sectors.
• Reporting & Forecasting: Utilize CRM systems and sales reporting tools to provide accurate sales forecasting, pipeline health tracking, and performance reports to regional leadership.

Job Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: Minimum of a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline.
• Experience: Strictly 8+ years of proven outdoor sales experience within the consumer goods, home furnishings, or bedding industries. Past experience managing distributor networks or retail key accounts is highly desired.
• Nationality: Lebanese or Jordanian national only (as required by specific regional account allocations and company demographic structure).
• Location: Must currently be residing in the UAE with a solid understanding of the Dubai consumer and commercial market.
• Languages: Full native-level fluency in Arabic and business-level proficiency in English.
• Skills: Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building capabilities. Proficiency with ERP/CRM software and Microsoft Excel is required.
• Mobility: Must possess a valid UAE driving license and a willingness to travel extensively across the Dubai territory to meet prospective clients.
