Sealy Mattress Middle East is seeking a passionate Retail Sales Specialist in Dubai to guide customers through mattress choices and create memorable shopping experiences in our showroom.

You will stay updated on product knowledge, achieve sales targets, and help maintain a welcoming merchandising environment while delivering exceptional service.

Qualifications

Requirements

• Proven 5 years of experience in retail sales preferably within the bedding or furniture industry.
• Outstanding communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
• Self-motivated with a strong drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
• Basic proficiency in computer applications for sales reporting.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; further education in sales or marketing is a plus.
• Preferred age: 28 to 35 years old.
• Gender: Male.
• Nationality: Egyptian.
• Resides in UAE.
