Job summary

Sealy Mattress Middle East is seeking an enthusiastic Outdoor Salesman to join our team in the UAE. You will drive growth by engaging customers, understanding their needs, and presenting our mattress products with professionalism.

The role requires a minimum of three years in outdoor sales (home furniture or bedding preferred), a valid driver's license, willingness to travel, and strong negotiation and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of outdoor sales experience, preferably in home furniture or bedding.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong negotiation and persuasive abilities.
• Self-starter with a motivated approach to achieving goals.
• Valid driver''s license and willingness to travel regularly for client meetings.
• Age range: 28 to 35 years old.
• Gender: Male.
• Nationality: Egyptian.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement an effective sales strategy to attract new clients and increase sales volume.
• Conduct engaging product presentations and demonstrations to key decision-makers across various sectors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Analyze market trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to provide insights and feedback for promotional strategies.
• Regularly report on sales performance and market conditions to management.
• Participate in industry trade shows and events to promote brand visibility.
