Ideal candidate has 5+ years in contract sales, strong negotiation and analytical skills, and fluency in English and Arabic. Bachelor’s degree preferred; this on-site role offers health benefits and performance bonuses.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales management or contract sales within bedding, furniture, or hospitality sectors.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English and Arabic; additional languages are a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or relevant field preferred.

Sealy Mattress Middle East a leader in the premium bedding industry with over 30 years of excellence is looking for a dynamic Contract Sales Manager to drive our commercial sales efforts. Based out of Jeddah our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility produces top-tier mattresses and bedding solutions under well-respected brands such as Sealy Crown Jewels and Stearns & Foster. The Contract Sales Manager will play a crucial role in expanding our presence in the hospitality sector by building and nurturing relationships with commercial clients including hotels resorts and larger corporate accounts. This role demands a strategic thinker who is adept at managing the sales process from prospecting to closing deals.
