Job summary

Emerson in Abu Dhabi seeks a Sales Manager-Isolation Valves to drive growth across UAE and designated regional markets. You will lead sales activities, develop strategies, and manage strategic accounts and end-user relations for isolation valves.

You will build strong customer partnerships, forecast performance, and collaborate with global teams to secure projects while maintaining ethics and compliance in all activities. Based in Abu Dhabi, UAE.

Qualifications

• Excellent communicator with the ability to deliver clear business-focused value propositions.
• Strong commercial acumen and business skills.
• Solid understanding of industrial processes and isolation valve applications.
• Bachelors degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Instrumentation, Petroleum, Chemical) or equivalent.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in Sales Channel Management or EPC in valves or process industries.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to grow profitable business in Isolation Valves.
• Build relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in UAE and regional markets.
• Achieve or exceed territory financial targets and forecasts.
• Lead GTM initiatives to ensure sustainable growth and customer loyalty.
• Collaborate with Global Project Pursuit and World Area Sales teams.
