Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent level.
• Over 3–6 years of experience in sales/ business development in industrial sectors.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the sales team to implement the function's strategy and business plan.
• Develop and manage relationships with key customer accounts in the UAE & Qatar region.
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities and gather market intelligence.
• Present products and services with clear commercial terms to customers.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver customer-focused solutions.
• Maintain CRM data and report on team performance and activity.
• Develop budgets and contribute to annual business plans for the territory.
