noqodi is Emaratech's digital payments platform serving UAE government entities and free zones. A seasoned Government Sales Manager will build and own a pipeline across federal, emirate, and free-zone accounts in Dubai and across the UAE.

You will lead tender responses, win new mandates for noqodi payment collection services, coordinate onboarding, and report progress monthly while developing strong Arabic and English client relationships.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, IT, Engineering or related field.
• 5-8 years in sales or account management with government clients.
• Experience with payments, banking, fintech or government technology preferred.
• Track record winning and growing UAE government accounts.
• Experience with government procurement, tenders and vendor registration.
• Understanding of payment products, settlement and reconciliation.
• Strong communicator in Arabic and English.
