Noqodi is seeking an Account Manager to drive government and free-zone growth in the UAE. You will win new mandates, manage key accounts, and design payment solutions aligned with each entity's processes and regulations.

You will coordinate onboarding with client IT teams and internal operations, track adoption, and report on pipeline and account health monthly. Strong UAE government procurement experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years in sales, business development or account management with government clients.
• Experience in payments, fintech or government technology services is strongly preferred.
• Track record of winning and growing government accounts in the UAE.
• Experience with government procurement, tenders and vendor registration.

Responsabilités

• Acquire new government and free-zone entities including federal and emirate-level bodies.
• Manage and grow existing government accounts; expand payment methods and channels.
• Prepare proposals, presentations and offers; respond to tenders and RFPs.
• Coordinate implementation and onboarding with client IT teams and internal teams.
• Maintain market intelligence and report pipeline, wins and health monthly.
