Job summary

noqodi is hiring an Account Manager to grow government and free-zone business across federal and emirate entities in the UAE. You will be the main contact for government accounts, propose the right noqodi solution, and guide onboarding to go-live and growth.

You will develop new business through federal and Dubai entities, manage existing accounts, respond to tenders, and coordinate implementation with technical teams, ensuring ongoing client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, IT, Engineering or a related field.
• 5–8 years in sales, business development or account management with government clients.
• Experience in payments, banking, fintech or government technology services is strongly preferred.
• Track record of winning and growing government accounts in the UAE.
• Experience with government procurement, tenders and vendor registration.
• Existing relationships with federal, Dubai or Abu Dhabi government entities or free zones are a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• New business acquisition: build a pipeline of federal, Dubai Government and free-zone entities.
• Existing account management: own relationships and grow accounts.
• Solutions, proposals and tenders: design solutions and prepare offers.
• Implementation and go-live: coordinate onboarding and track progress to go-live.
• Market intelligence and reporting: monitor initiatives and report pipeline monthly.
