Job summary

Noqodi is seeking an Account Manager to lead and expand our government and free-zone business in the UAE. You will be the primary contact for federal and emirate entities, shaping payments solutions and guiding onboarding from first meeting through go-live and growth.

You will own relationships with key government accounts, drive new mandates, respond to tenders, and coordinate with Tech and Operations to ensure smooth implementation, adoption, and ongoing success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, IT, Engineering or related field.

Responsibilities

• New business acquisition among federal entities, Dubai Government departments and free-zone authorities.
• Own and grow government accounts, increasing payment methods and channels.
• Prepare proposals and tender responses with pricing aligned to rate cards.
• Coordinate onboarding and go-live with clients' IT teams and internal ops.
• Monitor market changes and report pipeline and account health monthly.
