Job summary

The Lana, Dubai - Dorchester Collection is seeking a Sales Manager for GCC & Government to lead leisure sales initiatives in Dubai. You will develop relationships with key clients, drive revenue, and represent a prestigious luxury hotel group known for guest-centric service and award-winning learning programs.

You will collaborate with a passionate team, embody our We Care philosophy, and help shape the guest journey across our sister Dorchester Collection properties.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to build strong relationships and drive revenue
• Professional proficiency in Arabic to support regional clientele; English fluency required

Responsibilities

• Develop strong relationships within the assigned leisure segment to ensure guests receive the best possible experience
• Seek to increase hotel production and revenue to meet and exceed annual budgets
• Apply the company values (Passion, Personality, Respect, Working Together, Creativity) to lead as the Leisure Sales Manager and build the legacy
• Actively seek new clients in the defined leisure segment, and pursue opportunities within the existing client base to increase market share

• You will be responsible for developing strong relationship within your assigned leisure segment to ensure our guests receive nothing but the best experience.
• You’ll also seek for increasing production and revenue for the hotel in order to meet and exceed annual hotel budgets.

• You will actively seek new clients within your defined leisure segment, meeting and exceeding the monthly prospecting and appointment targets. You will investigate further development opportunities within existing client base to increase penetration and win market share.
