Job summary

Dorchester Collection’s The Lana, Dubai is seeking a Sales Manager for GCC & Government to strengthen relationships within the leisure segment, drive revenue, and embody our We Care culture across a luxury hotel portfolio.

You will engage with regional clients, align with our values of Passion, Personality, Respect, Working Together and Creativity, and contribute to a bespoke guest experience while supporting the hotel’s annual targets.

You’ll love what you do and take pride in delighting our guests:

• You will be responsible for developing strong relationship within your assigned leisure segment to ensure our guests receive nothing but the best experience.
• You’ll also seek for increasing production and revenue for the hotel in order to meet and exceed annual hotel budgets.
• Our values of, Passion, Personality, Respect, Working Together and Creativity guide us each and every day. As a Sales Manager Leisure, you’ll have the opportunity to bring these to life and continue to create our legacy.
• You will actively seek new clients within your defined leisure segment, meeting and exceeding the monthly prospecting and appointment targets. You will investigate further development opportunities within existing client base to increase penetration and win market share.
