Job summary

Red Ribbon bakery LLC in Dubai is seeking a proactive Route Sales Executive to manage daily field routes, service customers, and drive growth for bakery products across GT channels.

You will build strong relationships with shop owners and purchasing teams, monitor stock, collect payments where applicable, and report market opportunities to the supervisor.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of UAE experience in Van Sales / FMCG / Bakery / Food Distribution.
• Experience selling bread, bakery products, dairy or beverages is an advantage.
• Valid UAE driving licence is required.
• Good knowledge of Dubai roads and retail/GT markets; strong sales ability.

Responsibilities

• Drive the company sales van and complete the assigned daily sales route.
• Visit and service all allocated supermarkets, cafeterias and GT Key Account customers.
• Sell and distribute Red Ribbon bakery products to existing customers and achieve sales targets.
• Identify and open new retail outlets within the territory and develop new customers.
• Maintain accurate invoices, delivery documents, returns and cash reconciliations.
• Monitor stock, rotate products to minimize expiry and report competitor activities.

Key Responsibilities

Drive the company sales van and complete the assigned daily sales route Visit and service all allocated groceries supermarkets cafeterias and other GT Key Account customers Sell and distribute Red Ribbon bakery products to existing customers Achieve assigned daily and monthly net sales targets Identify and open new retail outlets within the assigned territory Increase sales from existing customers by introducing additional products and improving order quantities Build and maintain good relationships with shop owners store managers purchasing teams and receiving staff Ensure Red Ribbon products are properly displayed and available at customer outlets Check stock at outlets and rotate products to minimize expiry and returns Monitor customer sales patterns and avoid oversupplying slow-moving products Collect and accurately record approved product returns Collect cash customer payments where applicable and ensure proper reconciliation Maintain accurate invoices delivery documents returns and collection records Reconcile daily van stock sales returns and cash Maintain the company vehicle in a clean safe and hygienic condition Report competitor activities pricing promotions and new market opportunities to the supervisor

Route Responsibility

This is a field-based route sales position The employee will be allocated a daily route and customer list and will be responsible for completing the assigned route and servicing scheduled customers in accordance with company requirements Performance will be based on route completion customer coverage net sales new outlet development return control collections and stock cash reconciliation

Key Requirements

• 2+ years of UAE experience in Van Sales / FMCG / Bakery / Food Distribution preferred.
• Previous experience selling bread, bakery products, dairy, beverages, FMCG or other short-shelf-life food products will be an advantage.
• Valid UAE driving licence is required.
• Good knowledge of Dubai roads and retail/GT markets. Must have sales ability – not just driving/delivery experience. Ability to develop new customers and increase sales from existing outlets.
