Job summary

Smart Leaves Agricultural LLC in Dubai seeks a field sales executive to drive revenue and ensure product availability across outlets. You will diligently follow a sales route, manage stock, and collect cash while maintaining strong customer relationships and reporting daily activity to the Team Leader.

The role requires a minimum of 2 years in fresh food industries, a UAE driving license, and a diploma is preferred. Salary is paid monthly and reflects market rates for field sales roles in Dubai.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in fresh food industries.
• UAE driving license is MUST.
• Education: Diploma preferred.
• Languages: English preferred; Hindi and Malayalam optional/required as stated.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets for assigned brands in the territory.
• Follow sales route diligently.
• Ensure availability of goods in all assigned brands at outlets.
• Manage stock rotation to minimize market returns.
• Cash sales collection and timely closing of books.
• Maintain sufficient stock of all SKUs in the van.
• Utilise schemes to increase sales.
• Develop rapport with customers and provide proper service.
• Expand distribution through new outlets and range selling.
• Report daily activities to the Team Leader.
• Keep vehicle in good condition and comply with company policies.

Job Summary

Achieve budgeted revenue for the assigned territory –category wise.Ensuring cash collection on delivery of products.Efficient utilization of the schemes and budgets to maximize Sales & visibility.Regular update to Sales Supervisor on Market and competitors activities in assigned route/ territory.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Achieve Sales targets of assigned brands in his territory.
• Follow sales route diligently
• Ensure availability of goods in all assigned brands at the outlet.
• Stock rotation if required to eliminate market returns
• Cash sales collection and on time closing of books
• Ensure availability of sufficient stock of all the SKU’s in the Van
• Efficient use of the schemes as per the company norms to increase the sales.
• Develop and maintain good rapport with customers
• Provide proper service to trade as per the frequency of coverage.
• Distribution expansion through outlets additions and range selling.
• Reporting of day to day activities to the concerned Team Leader.
• Maintain vehicle in proper condition
• Coordinate product recall as per norms.
• Adhere to the systems and code of conduct of the company.
