Job summary

Seven Oaks International is seeking a Sales and Logistics Coordinator in Dubai to manage end-to-end sales, logistics and delivery processes. You will coordinate orders, inventory, warehousing and transport with drivers, merchandisers and 3PL partners.

You will maintain ERP/CRM data accuracy, prepare reports, and ensure timely deliveries while providing excellent customer service and cross-functional support to the Distribution and Head Office teams.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in Sales Support, Customer Service, Order Management for a trading/distribution company.
• Experience with Oracle/CRM systems is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of order processing, inventory, warehouse, and delivery operations.
• Must have excellent English communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel & Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Receiving customer POs through email, downloading orders from online portals.
• Entering orders in ERP/CRM and 3rd party logistics portal for delivery.
• Scheduling delivery for the drivers/merchandisers.
• Allocating stock based on availability and customer fulfilment date.
• Generating invoices for each customer order.
• Monitoring and following up with drivers/merchandisers to ensure timely deliveries.
• Handling customer enquiries professionally via in person, phone, or email.
• Assisting Distribution by updating Dubai Municipality registrations.
• Releasing cheques to suppliers.
• Identifying and assessing customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
• Building sustainable relationships with customer accounts through open communication.
• Providing accurate information using the right tools.
• Meeting personal/customer service targets and call handling quotas.
• Managing complaints and ensuring timely resolutions.
• Maintaining records of customer interactions and documents.
• Following company procedures and policies.
• Carrying out management instructions and reporting requirements.
• Providing reports as required by management.
