Responsibilities

• Driver scheduling: plan and coordinate drivers' daily schedules for rides and deliveries.
• Reducing delays: monitor vehicle movements and address potential delays to keep operations on time.
• Customer coordination: call and confirm deliveries, collections, handbacks, and service requests.
• Vehicle inspections: check for new damage and document details accurately.
• Handbacks: coordinate vehicle returns and collections smoothly.
• Service requests: schedule and complete operational requests efficiently.
• Daily operations: collaborate with drivers and internal teams to resolve issues.
• Process improvement: identify recurring issues and suggest scheduling improvements.
