Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily logistics, transportation, and delivery activities.
• Track incoming and outgoing shipments and maintain updated delivery information.
• Coordinate with suppliers, customers, drivers, warehouses, and internal departments.
• Prepare and maintain delivery notes, shipping documents, invoices, and logistics records.
• Follow up on delivery schedules and ensure shipments reach their destinations on time.
• Assist with planning delivery routes and coordinating transportation requirements.
• Monitor shipment status and communicate delays or changes to the relevant teams.
• Maintain accurate records of orders, shipments, deliveries, and inventory movements.
• Coordinate with warehouse teams regarding loading, unloading, and dispatch activities.
• Assist with resolving routine delivery, shipment, and documentation issues.
• Update logistics systems, spreadsheets, and tracking records as required.
• Ensure documents are properly organized and available for reference.
• Prepare basic logistics reports and operational updates for supervisors.
