Job summary

Robohub in Dubai seeks a student or recent graduate to support lead generation and outreach for robotics-focused B2B sales.

You will learn product features, assist with showroom demonstrations, and coordinate follow-ups with potential customers alongside the sales team.

Strong communication, good English, and a genuine interest in technology are essential as you work in a fast-paced, result-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Student or recent graduate in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Robotics, or a related field.
• Strong communication and confidence in speaking with potential customers.
• Interest in technology, robotics, and B2B sales.
• Good English communication and basic computer skills.
• Willingness to learn, follow up consistently, and work towards measurable targets.

Responsibilities

• Lead Generation & Outreach: Identify and approach potential customers through calls, emails, LinkedIn, directories, exhibitions, networking, and other outreach activities to generate new sales opportunities.
• Customer Follow-Up & Support: Follow up with new and existing leads, understand their basic requirements, share approved product information, and schedule showroom demonstrations, meetings, or calls with the sales team where required.
• Product Learning & Demonstrations: Learn the features, applications, and limitations of the robots and support the sales team during showroom demonstrations, client meetings, exhibitions, and presentations.
• CRM & Sales Coordination: Maintain accurate records of leads, customer requirements, follow-ups, and opportunity status in the CRM, ensuring assigned leads are regularly updated and followed up.
• Sales Performance: Work towards assigned monthly targets for outreach, qualified leads, meetings, and sales opportunities while supporting the sales team in converting enquiries into customers.
