Job summary

Robohub is seeking a hands-on robotics professional to support demos, deliveries and customer interactions in Dubai. You will perform pre-checks on AMRs, conduct SLAM mapping at client sites, and maintain showroom readiness.

The role also includes assisting with packing, loading, and creating setup guides and videos for internal teams. The ideal candidate has a Diploma or Bachelor in Robotics, Mechatronics, Electronics, or related field, hands-on AMR experience, and excellent English

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's in Robotics, Mechatronics, Electronics, or related field.
• Hands-on experience with autonomous mobile robots (AMRs) and SLAM mapping tools.
• Willingness to visit client sites and provide customer-facing support; strong English communication.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, configure and perform pre-checks on robots ahead of demos and deliveries to ensure operational readiness.
• Conduct SLAM mapping at client sites and fine-tune navigation for each environment; provide on-site and remote support.
• Keep showroom robots in peak condition through routine checks, cleaning, charging and minor repairs.
• Assist in safe packing and loading of robots for delivery; supervise staff on correct handling procedures.
• Write setup guides, operation manuals, troubleshooting FAQs, and record how-to videos; maintain documentation library.

Job description

Demo & Delivery Preparation

Prepare configure and perform pre-checks on robots ahead of demos and deliveries ensuring they are fully operational and ready for client handover. Coordinate with sales and operations on demo schedules and delivery timelines troubleshooting any issues beforehand

SLAM Mapping & Customer Support

Conduct SLAM mapping at client sites and fine-tune navigation parameters to suit each environment. Provide onsite and remote online support guiding customers through robot operation setup and troubleshooting step by step. Log all support interactions follow up on open issues and elevate complex cases to the CTO with clear notes

Showroom Maintenance

Keep showroom robots in peak condition through routine checks cleaning charging and minor repairs ensuring units are always demo-ready. Report hardware or software faults promptly for repair or replacement

Packing Loading & Handling

Assist in safe packing and loading of robots for delivery ensuring packaging meets protection standards. Supervise and guide helpers and other staff on correct robot handling procedures during movement and transport

Documentation & Support Videos

Write setup guides operation manuals and troubleshooting FAQs and record how-to videos for common customer queries. Maintain and regularly update a documentation and video library accessible to the full support team
