Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 7+ years of experience in retail banking, back-end operations, QA, governance, compliance or risk.
• Strong communication skills and teamwork.
• Detail-oriented with organizational skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Good knowledge of UAE banking practices and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure sales channels follow compliant work streams and standards.
• Monitor agencies' performance and practices in sales activities.
• Validate processes to ensure risk and control compliance.
• Inspect running processes and address non-compliance with corrective actions.
• Design policy frameworks aligning sales strategies with regulations.
• Monitor KRIs and define scoring cycles.
• Conduct risk/control assessments within defined cycles and logs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to close process and regulatory gaps.
• Analyze performance trends to improve quality and workflows.
• Oversee lead management fairness and prevent duplication or misuse.
• Prepare dashboards and reports on operational controls and compliance.
• Coordinate with other departments to implement controls.
• Support compliance with GIA and 2nd LOD recommendations and CAP targets.
• Oversee sweep checks for clean desk and data handling.
• Execute additional assignments from Management.
