Job summary

Citi in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Sales Controls Execution Associate to support sales governance, surveillance, and control testing. You will analyze data to identify risks and drive corrective actions, while assisting vendor governance and KPI monitoring.

Strong analytical, reporting, and stakeholder skills are essential. Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in controls, risk, or audit with proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Risk Management, or related discipline.
• 3–5 years experience in controls, surveillance, risk, compliance or audit.
• Experience with outsourced vendors, governance frameworks, and KPI management.
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis tools.

Responsibilities

• Execute control assessments and testing including CDA and self-assessments.
• Analyze data to identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities.
• Conduct surveillance reviews including mystery shopping per regs.
• Prepare MIS, dashboards, and monthly updates for senior management.
• Support vendor governance, KPI monitoring, and service oversight.
• Assist transition initiatives and cross-team collaboration.
