Job summary

Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank is seeking a Senior Manager - Business Banking Risk and Control to strengthen governance, oversight and control across Retail Banking portfolios. You will lead risk governance activities, challenge weaknesses, and drive remediation to ensure compliance with regulatory obligations and risk appetite.

The role requires at least 7 years in Banking risk-based roles, a finance-related degree, and strong leadership.

Qualifications

Minimum 7 years in Business Banking, risk or compliance roles within Banking/Financial Services.
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Banking, Business Administration, Accounting, Risk Management or related discipline.
Experience with risk governance, regulatory compliance and financial crime risk management.

Responsibilities

Provide governance, oversight and control management across Business Banking portfolios, products and processes.
Lead risk governance activities, challenge weaknesses and strengthen the control environment.
Monitor risk exposures, portfolio quality and regulatory findings, and report to senior management.
Oversee risk assessments, control testing programmes and remediation efforts across Retail Banking.
