Job Summary

strong We are looking for an experienced Sales Executive Retail strong to drive sales growth across the Dubai and Northern Emirates market The role will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with retailers and traders generating enquiries and orders achieving sales and gross profit targets and ensuring timely payment collection

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and develop retail customers across the assigned territory to achieve sales gross profit conversion and collection targets
• Visit a minimum of strong 8 10 retailers daily strong to generate enquiries develop relationships and drive sales
• Identify and develop an initial target list of strong 50 potential traders customers strong to generate volume sales
• Introduce and promote Polyfab products to retailers and ensure proper display of product sample boards at customer counters
• Distribute technical product catalogues and educate retailer sales teams on product features applications and benefits
• Build strong relationships with business owners purchase managers sales executives and other key decision-makers
• Generate enquiries prepare accurate quotations follow up on offers and secure LPOs orders
• Process customer orders through the approved order booking process and coordinate with internal teams for timely execution
• Coordinate with Inside Sales Operations Logistics and other departments to ensure timely delivery of products
• Ensure invoices are submitted promptly and follow up regularly for payment collection as per approved credit terms
• Increase cash sales and improve repeat business through strong customer service and relationship management
• Focus on increasing sales of strong pipe fittings and related products strong
• Monitor competitor activities pricing product launches and market developments and provide relevant market intelligence to management
• Prepare and submit accurate monthly sales forecasts to support inventory and stock planning
• Conduct KYC and background checks for new customers in line with the company s credit management policy
• Ensure all customer documentation and credit approvals are completed before processing orders
• Handle customer queries and ensure timely resolution within the stipulated lead time
• Coordinate internally to address product quality delivery and service-related issues
• Maintain accurate customer sales enquiry quotation and order records in the company system
• Provide regular updates to the reporting manager regarding customer visits sales activities enquiries orders collections and market developments
• Accompany the reporting manager on customer visits whenever required
• Maintain strict confidentiality of customer information pricing sales data and other company information
• Support initiatives aimed at strengthening the Polyfab brand image and reputation in the UAE trade market

Required

• the ideal candidate with minimum 5years of sales experience in the UAE construction, piping, fittings, or related industry, with strong knowledge of the local market (Piping and fittings, Plumbing products, Construction materials, Building materials.)
• Related B2B/trade sales and an established network of retailers, traders, and decision-makers.
• Education Any Graduation , MBA in Marketing will be added advantage.
• Strong knowledge of the UAE retail/trade market, particularly Dubai and the Northern Emirates.
• Existing relationships with retailers, traders, contractors, or relevant industry stakeholders will be an advantage.
• Proven track record of achieving sales and collection targets.
• Strong negotiation, communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Good understanding of credit management, customer KYC, order processing, and payment collection.
• Ability to work independently, manage a field-sales territory, and deliver results under target-driven conditions.
• Proficiency in MS Office and sales/ERP systems.
