Ontime Group is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Sales Executive for our Compliance Services this role you will be responsible for promoting our compliance solutions to clients across various sectors helping them navigate and meet regulatory requirements while ensuring their operations remain efficient and effective.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential clients in need of compliance services for healthcare clinics
• Conduct needs assessments to understand client requirements and compliance challenges.
• Deliver compelling presentations and proposals to showcase our compliance services.
• Negotiate contracts and secure agreements with clients.
• Maintain ongoing relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for additional services.
• Stay informed about industry regulations and standards to provide accurate information to clients.
• Collaborate with compliance experts within the company to deliver tailored solutions.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
• Record all client interactions and sales activities accurately in the CRM system.

Requirements
