Job summary

MAHAM INTERNATIONAL TRADING FZC in Ajman seeks a dynamic sales professional for building materials. You will handle counter and outdoor sales, understand customer needs, and convert enquiries into orders while coordinating with warehouse and delivery teams.

You will maintain records, generate new customers, target monthly sales, and provide excellent customer service in English and Hindi/Urdu where possible; driving license preferred for field visits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in building materials, hardware, MRO, or related sales.
• Good knowledge of commonly used building-material products and brands.
• Strong customer-service and communication skills.
• Ability to generate new customers and develop business.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily counter sales and customer enquiries at the shop.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
• Generate new customers and develop business with contractors and maintenance companies.
• Coordinate with warehouse and delivery team to ensure timely orders.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain shop operations.
