Job summary

Steel Core Trading L.L.C, based in Dubai, seeks 2 Sales Executives to find new B2B customers, grow existing accounts and close orders across the UAE, Oman and Saudi Arabia. You will visit contractors, fabricators, traders and project companies, prepare quotations and negotiate terms within company limits.

Ideal candidates have experience in B2B sales, strong English communication, and are self-driven with monthly targets.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B sales, preferably in steel, building materials, hardware or construction supply.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills in English; Arabic, Hindi, Urdu or Malayalam is an advantage.
• Self-driven, organised and comfortable working to monthly targets.

Responsibilities

• Find and visit new B2B customers (contractors, fabricators, traders, project companies) and follow up leads by phone, WhatsApp and email.
• Prepare and send quotations, and negotiate prices and terms within company limits.
• Close orders, coordinate delivery with the warehouse and procurement team, and meet the monthly sales target.
• Follow up on payments and post-dated cheques (PDC) with customers.
• Keep customer details and follow-ups updated in the company CRM, and report market prices and competitor activity to management.

Steel Core Trading L.L.C is a Dubai-based supplier of steel, marine materials, construction wood and hardware. We serve business customers in the UAE, Oman and Saudi Arabia. We are hiring 2 Sales Executives to find new customers, grow existing accounts and close orders.

Responsibilities:

• Find and visit new B2B customers (contractors, fabricators, traders, project companies) and follow up leads by phone, WhatsApp and email
• Prepare and send quotations, and negotiate prices and terms within company limits
• Close orders, coordinate delivery with the warehouse and procurement team, and meet the monthly sales target
• Follow up on payments and post-dated cheques (PDC) with customers
• Keep customer details and follow-ups updated in the company CRM, and report market prices and competitor activity to management

Requirements:

• Experience in B2B sales, preferably in steel, building materials, hardware or construction supply
• Valid UAE driving license (field visits are a core part of the role)
• Good knowledge of the Dubai and UAE market and customers
• Strong communication and negotiation skills in English; Arabic, Hindi, Urdu or Malayalam is an advantage
• Self-driven, organised and comfortable working to monthly targets
