Job summary

Indian Metalloy Recyclers in the United Arab Emirates is seeking a proactive Field Sales Executive to drive business development across industrial plants, mines, quarries and factories. You will promote Wear Plates and related products, build a robust pipeline and convert enquiries into orders.

The role requires strong field sales experience in industrial segments, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and willingness to travel to client sites.

Qualifications

• Must have strong field sales experience in industrial products.
• Experience in Cement / Steel / Power / Mining / Quarry segments is preferred.
• Candidates having direct contacts with Maintenance Heads, Users or Purchase Teams will be given preference.
• Experience selling Welding Electrodes, Hard facing Electrodes, Wear Plates or similar industrial products will be an advantage.
• Good communication, negotiation and follow-up skills.
• Willingness to travel for customer visits.

• Sell Wear Plates, SSWP, 400/500/550/600 BHN Plates, Mn13 Plates and Chromium Carbide Hardfacing Plates.
• Develop new customers and maintain existing customers.
• Generate enquiries, follow up on quotations and convert them into orders.
• Maintain good relationships with customers for repeat business.
• Achieve monthly sales targets.
• Submit regular visit and sales reports.
