Job summary

Uplift People Consulting in Dubai is seeking a results-driven Sales Executive to drive new business and manage client relationships across the UAE and GCC markets for CarryCools cooling and cold chain solutions.

You will deliver product demonstrations, achieve sales targets, and coordinate with technical teams to ensure on-time delivery, while leveraging English and optional Hindi skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business management, marketing, commerce or related field.
• MBA or other advanced qualifications are considered an advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in English; Hindi is an advantage.
• Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in target markets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors and key decision-makers.
• Promote CarryCools cold chain and cooling solutions to potential customers.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations.
• Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
• Coordinate with the technical and operations team to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and pricing strategies.
• Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for management review.
