Job summary

Leading Edge in Dubai, UAE is seeking a Sales Executive to drive sales of frozen foods and ice cream across retail, wholesale, and foodservice sectors in the UAE. The role requires strong product knowledge, client management skills, and market insight.

2 years of experience in frozen foods sales is required, with knowledge of UAE market and CRM. Fluency in English is essential; Arabic is a plus. Salary negotitable based on experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Frozen foods or ice cream sales.
• Solid knowledge of UAE frozen food and ice-cream market and distribution channels.
• Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM).
• Excellent communication, negotiation and client service skills.
• Valid UAE driving license preferred.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to grow the frozen food portfolio.
• Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong client relationships.
• Conduct market research on trends, customer needs and competitors.
• Negotiate pricing contracts and delivery terms.
• Assist in pre-sales activities including route planning, stock checks and display coordination.
• Coordinate with logistics to ensure timely deliveries.
• Meet sales targets and prepare and present performance reports to management.
