Job summary

Oneroad Motors in Dubai is seeking a proactive sales professional to develop clients, follow through to deal closure, and build lasting customer relationships. You will lead sales, analyze markets, and plan campaigns to drive growth.

You will also manage product launches, coordinate with agencies, organize client events, handle budgets, and ensure timely payments while identifying new business opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years experience in a similar automotive role.
• Bachelor's degree or diploma or equivalent qualification.
• A valid UAE driving license.

Responsibilities

• Develop clients and follow up until the deal closes.
• Maintain client relationships and resolve complaints independently.
• Lead the sales team to achieve targets.
• Complete the sales target independently.
• Research and analyze market trends and target markets.
• Create marketing and strategies.
• Plan and manage the launch of new products and services.
• Work with in-house or external agencies to produce campaigns.
• Carry out market research to provide information on opportunities.
• Organize and attend events to meet new and existing clients.
• Manage budgets and report on campaign effectiveness.
• Understand customer needs and offer solutions and support.
• Organize and coordinate sales representatives' schedules.
• Take responsibility for your customers' payment.
• Research potential leads from directories, web searches, or digital resources.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

ABOUT THE JOB

• Develop clients, follow up with clients, till the deal is closed
