Job summary

Ali & Sons Marine Engineering Factory (ASMEF) in Dubai, UAE, is seeking an experienced sales professional to drive vehicle sales and deliver exceptional customer service. You will present MG vehicles, explain features, pricing, financing, and after-sales support, and coordinate with store teams to ensure smooth delivery.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree, at least 3 years in automotive sales, strong negotiation and communication skills, and fluency in English (Arabic preferred).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably in automotive/car sales.
• Strong customer service, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is preferred.
• Computer literate with good telephone and computer skills.
• Target-driven, proactive, and customer-focused.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and identify their vehicle requirements.
• Present vehicle features, specifications, performance, and benefits.
• Explain registration, insurance, financing, and after-sales services.
• Recommend suitable accessories and optional equipment.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs.
• Prepare vehicle quotations, pricing, discounts, and financing requirements.
• Advise customers on current and upcoming vehicle availability.
• Follow up with leads and potential customers to convert sales.
• Coordinate vehicle delivery with the New Car Storekeeper.
• Coordinate with Customer Relations for vehicle registration and insurance.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Sales Manager.
