Job summary

RTC1 Recruitment Services is seeking a dynamic Automotive Vehicle Sales Executive for Dubai, UAE. You will manage the full sales cycle from inquiry to delivery, while meeting monthly targets and generating new leads.

About the Client:

A well-established UAE automotive distribution group representing international passenger vehicle, motorcycle, off-road and mobility brands across the UAE and GCC headquartered in Dubai.

Job Description:

• Manage the complete vehicle sales cycle, from customer inquiry and showroom consultation through test drives, negotiation, closing and vehicle delivery.
• Consistently achieve assigned monthly sales, revenue and conversion targets while actively generating new leads and following up on existing prospects.
• Build strong product knowledge to professionally present vehicle features, specifications, pricing, financing options, promotions and competitor advantages.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales records in the CRM, conduct timely lead follow-ups and support showroom activities, campaigns and customer-retention initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Asian or Arab national, 33 years old and below.
• Minimum 2 years of UAE automotive sales experience, preferably with a recognized dealership, distributor, or automotive brand.
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets, converting leads, and managing customers from inquiry to vehicle delivery.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills, with knowledge of the UAE automotive market. Valid UAE driving license and good English communication skills required.
