Job summary

Tanqeeb, a multinational automobile manufacturer client, based in Dubai, is seeking a Senior Sales Executive to drive sales across assigned MENA markets through planning, distributor management, forecasting, inventory control, market analysis and commercial operations.

The role requires strong commercial and analytical skills, advanced Excel and PowerPoint proficiency, and the ability to translate data into actionable insights while coordinating with Marketing, Product Planning, Logistics,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Engineering, or related field.
• 5–8 years in automotive sales, distributor management, or regional sales operations.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

Job Summary

Our client, a multinational automobile manufacturer is looking for a Senior Sales Executive to be based in Dubai. Responsible for driving sales performance across assigned MENA markets through sales planning, distributor management, forecasting, inventory control, market analysis, and commercial operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales & Business Management
  • Develop and monitor sales plans, forecasts, and performance reports.
  • Track sales performance, market share, and business trends.
  • Support market-specific sales strategies and growth initiatives.
• Distributor & Market Management
  • Manage relationships with regional distributors.
  • Conduct business reviews and monitor distributor performance.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
  • Identify opportunities, risks, and business improvement initiatives.
• Supply, Inventory & Commercial Operations
  • Manage order planning, vehicle allocation, and inventory levels.
  • Support pricing analysis and commercial decision-making.
  • Monitor stock aging and recommend corrective actions.
• Product & Performance Analysis
  • Support product planning through market feedback.
  • Analyze model performance and optimize product mix.
  • Prepare dashboards, reports, and business recommendations.
• Cross-Functional & Business Development
  • Coordinate with Marketing, Product Planning, Logistics, Finance, and Aftersales teams.
  • Support regional meetings and distributor activities.
  • Identify opportunities to increase sales, market share, and profitability.

Requirements

• Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Engineering, or related field.
  • MBA is an advantage.
• Experience
  • 5 to 8 years of experience in automotive sales, distributor management, or regional sales operations.
  • Automotive OEM or distributor experience preferred.
  • MENA market exposure highly desirable.
• Skills
  • Strong commercial and analytical skills.
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint proficiency.
