Derby Marketing LLC in Abu Dhabi is seeking energetic Sales Executives to sell banking products, including credit cards and loans, on a full-time basis. The role offers a competitive monthly salary with high incentives and uncapped commissions, plus visa and benefits.

You will be responsible for direct sales, lead generation, advisory services, and ensuring timely documentation and approvals, with immediate relocation supported if needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years outdoor sales experience in UAE banking/DSA/credit cards or loans.
• Must reside in Abu Dhabi or relocate immediately.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills; English/Arabic/Hindi, Urdu is a plus.

Responsabilités

We are a reputed Direct Selling Agent DSA representing leading banks in the UAE We are urgently looking for energetic target-driven and experienced Sales Executives to join our growing team in Abu Dhabi If you have a passion for sales and want to maximize your earning potential through an aggressive incentive structure we want to hear from you

Key Responsibilities

• Direct Sales: Identify approach and pitch financial products Credit Cards Personal Loans Business Loans to potential retail and corporate customers
• Lead Generation: Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of prospective clients through cold calling field visits networking and references
• Customer Advisory: Understand client financial needs and recommend the right banking products while ensuring excellent customer service
• Documentation: Collect accurate documentation from clients and ensure seamless coordination with the bank s credit team for smooth processing and approvals
• Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly sales targets assigned by management

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 1 2 years of outdoor sales experience in the UAE financial sector Banking DSA Credit Cards or Loans
• Location: Must be currently residing in Abu Dhabi or willing to relocate immediately
• Skills: Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills in English Arabic or Hindi Urdu is a strong advantage
• Mindset: Highly motivated target-oriented and comfortable with outdoor field sales
• Availability: Candidates who can join immediately or have a short notice period will be given preference
