Derby Marketing LLC in Abu Dhabi is seeking energetic Sales Executives to sell banking products, including credit cards and loans, on a full-time basis. The role offers a competitive monthly salary with high incentives and uncapped commissions, plus visa and benefits.

You will be responsible for direct sales, lead generation, advisory services, and ensuring timely documentation and approvals, with immediate relocation supported if needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years outdoor sales experience in UAE banking/DSA/credit cards or loans.
• Must reside in Abu Dhabi or relocate immediately.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills; English/Arabic/Hindi, Urdu is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Direct sales: pitch credit cards, personal and business loans to retail and corporate customers.
• Lead generation: build pipeline through cold calls, field visits, networking, and referrals.
• Customer advisory: assess client needs and recommend banking products with strong service.
• Documentation: collect client documents and coordinate with banks for processing.
• Target achievement: meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
