Job summary
Smart Select is seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Engineer to join our growing team in the UAE. The role blends office-based activities with fieldwork across the country, working closely with clients, consultants, contractors, and project teams to deliver tailored smart technology solutions.
Ideal candidates will have at least 2 years in Smart Home/ELV/Automation sales, proven business development skills, and strong negotiation, communication, and presentation abilities.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience in Smart Home / ELV / Automation.
- Proven track record in sales and business development.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Good technical understanding of Smart Home, ELV, and Automation solutions.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
- Willingness to travel across the UAE and hold a valid UAE driving license.
Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across the UAE market.
- Promote and sell Smart Home, ELV, Home Automation, and related solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and developers.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable technical solutions.
- Prepare and present professional technical and commercial proposals.
- Conduct client meetings, site visits, presentations, and product demonstrations.
