Job summary

Smart Select is seeking a motivated Sales Engineer to drive business across the UAE. The role blends technical understanding of Smart Home, ELV, and automation with proven sales experience to win new opportunities and manage client relationships.

You will present technical and commercial proposals, conduct site visits and product demos, and collaborate with project teams to ensure smooth execution while targeting growth and revenue objectives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales within Smart Home / ELV / Automation.
• Proven track record in sales and business development.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• Valid UAE Driving Licence is mandatory.
• Willingness to travel across the UAE for meetings and site visits.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across the UAE market.
• Promote and sell Smart Home, ELV, Home Automation, and related solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and developers.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable technical solutions.
• Prepare and present professional technical and commercial proposals.
• Conduct client meetings, site visits, presentations, and product demonstrations.
• Follow up on leads, quotations, and ongoing projects to maximize sales opportunities.
• Negotiate with clients and work toward achieving sales targets.
• Coordinate with the technical and project teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and new technologies.
• Contribute to the company's business development and overall growth.
