Job summary

Decision Management Consultants LLC is recruiting a Sales Engineer - Facade in Dubai, UAE. The role focuses on promoting façade design and aluminum systems to clients, contractors, and architects, building key relationships, and expanding the customer base in a competitive market.

Ideal candidates hold a mechanical/civil/architectural engineering degree with 3–6 years of sales experience in façade-related industries and fluency in Arabic, enabling effective engagement with regional stakeholders

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• 3–6 years of sales experience in façade design or aluminum systems.
• Familiarity with façade systems including windows, doors, sliders, unitized and stick systems.
• Fluency in Arabic is required.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain direct contact with clients, contractors, and architects to promote the company's products and services.
• Build strong relationships with major accounts and key decision-makers to increase sales within the designated territory.
• Collaborate with vendors and develop effective partnerships.
• Develop plans and strategies to expand the customer base.
• Manage the bidding process and ensure bid documents are high standard and compliant.
• Meet tight deadlines for submitting tenders, clarifications, and other documents required by clients, contractors, and architects addressing commercial and technical needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain direct contact with clients contractors and architects to promote the company's products and services
