Job summary

Nadia Recruitment & Management Consultants is seeking a Sales Engineer in Dubai to drive spare parts sales and engage with existing and prospective customers. The role requires technical insight, market mapping, and strong Arabic and English communication.

You will work with the Middle East Sales & Business Development Manager, engineering teams, and HQ to align pricing, product availability, and service levels while traveling across the Emirates as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics) or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in a technical-commercial or sales engineering role, preferably in elevator or industrial equipment sectors.
• Knowledge of elevator components is mandatory.
• Strong customer-facing skills with a proactive, commercial mindset.
• Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English – verbal and written.
• Willingness to travel extensively across the Emirates.

Responsibilities

• Market mapping & customer segmentation across UAE to identify market potential.
• Sales development: grow spare parts sales from zero and analyze buying behavior.
• Customer engagement: visit customers and prospects to present offerings and build relationships.
• Brand protection: monitor counterfeit activity and promote genuine parts.
• Opportunity management: identify value selling and service-related offers to increase sales.
• Market intelligence: track competitors and provide insights to global teams.
• Operational sales interface: serve as the go-to for UAE sales operations, with local communication in Arabic.
• Internal collaboration: coordinate with ME Sales & Business Development Manager, technical teams, factories and HQ on pricing and availability.
