Location: Al Quoz, Dubai

Employment: Full-time, On-Site

We are looking for an experienced Sales Coordinator to join our ironmongery and building materials company in Al Quoz.

The ideal candidate will have UAE experience in sales coordination, internal sales or sales administration, preferably within ironmongery, architectural hardware, building materials, construction, fit-out or a related trading environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries by phone, WhatsApp and email
• Follow up on quotations
• Process sales orders and coordinate order fulfilment
• Check product availability, pricing and lead times
• Coordinate with purchasing, warehouse and delivery teams
• Follow up with customers on quotations and pending orders
• Maintain accurate customer and sales records
• Assist the sales team with day-to-day administrative and coordination requirements
• Develop a good understanding of our product range and assist customers with product selection

Skills

Requirements

• 2+ years of UAE work experience
• Previous experience in sales coordination, indoor sales, sales administration or sales support
• Experience in building materials, hardware, ironmongery, architectural hardware, construction or fit-out is strongly preferred
• Good English communication skills
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, ERP systems and general computer applications
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow up
• Comfortable communicating with customers by WhatsApp, phone and email
• Must currently live in Dubai and be able to commute reliably to Al Quoz

What we are looking for

We are particularly interested in someone who has worked in a trading environment and understands the process from quotation → order → purchase requests and warehouse coordination → delivery.

Experience with ironmongery or architectural hardware is a significant advantage
