Job summary

Prakash Trading Company (PTC) seeks a proactive Sales Coordinator in Abu Dhabi to support sales operations, coordinate with clients, and ensure smooth order processing and delivery execution. The role requires 3 years in the MEP industry or related field and strong communication for customer interactions.

You will coordinate with sales, logistics, and customers, prepare quotations, process orders, and track deliveries, while maintaining documentation and providing insights to optimize strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in a related field.
• 3 years of experience as a Sales Coordinator, Sales Support Executive, or similar in MEP or related sectors.
• Strong understanding of quotation management, order processing and logistics coordination.
• Excellent communication and customer relationship management skills.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook.
• Experience with ERP/CRM systems is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our growing team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have minimum of 3years of experience in the MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) industry or a related field, and will play a key role in supporting sales operations, coordinating with clients, and ensuring smooth order processing and delivery execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate effectively with clients, the sales team, and the logistics team to ensure seamless operations.
• Prepare and follow up on quotations to ensure timely responses to customer inquiries.
• Process sales orders accurately and efficiently from receipt through delivery.
• Monitor order status and coordinate delivery schedules to ensure on-time fulfillment.
• Maintain regular communication with customers regarding quotations, order progress, and delivery updates.
• Follow up on pending quotations and support the sales team in achieving business targets.
• Ensure proper documentation and record management of quotations, orders, contracts, and customer communications.
• Collect and analyze customer feedback and market information and share insights with the marketing team to support new sales strategies and business development initiatives.
• Assist in resolving customer concerns and coordinate internally to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
• Prepare sales reports, order tracking reports, and other administrative documentation as required.
• Support the sales team with administrative and coordination activities to improve operational efficiency.
