Job summary

Evol Middle East Cargo Services L.L.C in Dubai is seeking a Sales Coordinator to join the dynamic freight forwarding team. You will manage key accounts, prepare quotations, and coordinate with operations from quote to job completion.

The role reports to the Director Commercial & Key Accounts, is full-time and office-based in Dubai, with a focus on UAE clients and a proactive, customer-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience in freight forwarding (5+ years preferred).
• Hands-on experience in sales coordination, quoting and proposals.
• Working knowledge of CRM systems.
• Fluent English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Based in the UAE, or willing to relocate.

Sales Coordinator - Freight Forwarding (Dubai)

Evol Middle East Cargo Services L.L.C. is a Dubai-based international freight forwarding and supply-chain company, part of the Logfret network. We serve clients across hospitality, events, food & beverage, oil & gas, luxury goods and more.

We are looking for a Sales Coordinator to join our Dubai office full time and work closely with our Director Commercial & Key Accounts.

Responsibilities

• Manage existing key accounts and follow up on the pipeline
• Prepare proposals and quotations for freight forwarding services
• Coordinate sales activities with the operations team, from quote to job completion

Requirements
