Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in a Sales Coordinator, Sales Support, Administrative or Hospitality role.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Customer-focused with strong problem-solving skills.
• Experience with CRM systems or hospitality sales software is an advantage.
• Previous hospitality or hotel industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the Sales team in achieving revenue and business development targets.
• Manage sales administration including quotations, contracts, proposals, and customer correspondence.
• Coordinate client meetings, site inspections, and sales appointments.
• Handle incoming sales inquiries and ensure timely follow-up.
• Prepare and maintain sales reports, databases, and customer records.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of client requirements and events.
• Assist in planning and organizing promotional activities and sales campaigns.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and business partners.
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify business opportunities.
• Ensure accurate documentation and filing of all sales-related records.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales cycle.
