Job summary

CPL Aromas in Dubai is seeking a Sales Coordinator to support the sales team, coordinate orders, and liaise with customers and internal departments to maximize performance.

The ideal candidate will have bilingual English/Arabic communication skills, at least 2 years in sales, and proficiency with MS Office. They are detail-oriented, a team player, and able to manage time effectively under pressure.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support sales team in management of sales accounts and requests.
• Assist with fragrance briefs and project coordination.
• Respond quickly to customer requests and provide follow-up resolutions.
• Coordinate with Operations for order processing and communicate with customers.
• Maintain project status reports for accounts.
• Analyze marketing data to identify potential customers.
• Prepare sales proposals and interact with prospective customers to determine needs.
• Adhere to Group and Local Quality, Environmental, Health & Safety procedures.
• Support additional duties as directed by the Line Manager.

Job Purpose

The Sales Coordinator will be responsible to facilitate the Sales team’s activities so as to maximize their performance and contribute to achieving the company goals. Act as a liaison between the different departments of the company and the customers.

Tasks and Responsibilities

Key Accountabilities

• To support sales team in the management of sales accounts including all aspects of sales and sales support, management of projects, sample coordination, document requests, pricing request, presentation request, market request and all relevant customer requests.
• To support execution of fragrance briefs that includes managing project timeliness, coordinating project meetings, debriefing projects and closing project and involvement in project sensory evaluation as required
• To respond quickly to customer requests and providing excellent customer follow-up and resolution to issues.
• Coordinate with Operation team for order processing and communicating with customers on the same.
• To coordinate and maintain projects status reports for accounts.
• To analyze marketing data for account manager to determine the potential customers.
• To follow up on all inquiries and prepare sales proposal
• To interact with prospective customers to determine their needs
• Adhere to Group and Local Quality, Environmental, Health & Safety procedures.
• Any additional duties as directed by the Line Manager
