A growing Building materials trading company are looking for an organized, reliable, and proactive Sales Coordinator to manage our daily sales operations, handle customer relations, and ensure smooth order fulfillment.

His primary responsibilities will be Contact suppliers to check item availability, negotiate costs, and gather raw material or product pricing, creating accurate price quotations, maintaining consistent follow-ups with customers, and organizing deliveries to ensure a seamless experience from initial inquiry to final handover.

What We Are Looking For

• Experience: 1–3 years of experience as a Sales Coordinator, Sales Administrator, or Indoor Sales Executive in a building materials trading company.
• Skills: Strong numerical skills for preparing quotations and exceptional time management to handle delivery logistics.
• Communication: Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills to handle customer follow-ups confidently.
• Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word). Experience with accounting or ERP software (e.g., Tally, SAP, Zoho) is a major plus.
• Attributes: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask under pressure.
