MUFADDAL SHABBIR BUILDING MATERIAL TRADING (LLC) is seeking a Sales Coordination professional to manage customer enquiries received via email and the company landline, coordinating with the sales team to obtain pricing and stock details. You will prepare quotations based on approved information and follow up to convert enquiries into orders.

The role requires 2–5 years in sales coordination, strong English and Hindi language skills, and excellent email/phone communication.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in sales coordination, indoor sales, or sales support preferred.
• Experience in Building Materials, Hardware, Electrical, Plumbing, or Wholesale Trading is an advantage.
• Fluent English (spoken and written) is mandatory; Hindi is required.
• Excellent professional email writing and telephone communication skills.
• Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple enquiries and follow-ups.

Responsabilités

• Monitor the company sales email inbox and respond to customer enquiries.
• Answer incoming calls on the sales landline and record customer requirements.
• Coordinate with sales executives to obtain pricing, product details and stock availability.
• Prepare and send quotations based on approved pricing and information.
• Follow up on quotations and enquiries until orders are secured or closed.
• Ensure no enquiry is missed and keep records updated in the CRM.
