Responsibilities

• Assist in report, presentation, and document preparation for both internal and external communications, and in compliance with established brand guidelines.
• Handle Salesforce account of each sales person – adding quotes, drafting quotes, processing orders.
• Manage communication with vendors and customers.
• Keep up‑to‑date communication and reports.
• Attend to head of Sales needs.
• Act as point of contact for logistics and shipment of orders.
• Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns.
• Work independently and handle multiple tasks with a sense of urgency in a fast‑paced environment.
• Process all orders for accounts and work with customer service to ensure accurate entry and timely shipments.

Qualifications

• 2 years of Sales Coordinator experience (required).
• Tagalog (required).
• English (required).
