Breitling in Dubai is seeking a Sales Associate to join our Watches & Jewelry boutique in Fashion Avenue Dubai Mall. You will greet clients, share product knowledge, and guide them through the selection of Breitling timepieces, ensuring a premium shopping experience.

The role emphasizes personalised service, strong relationships with clients, CRM, and events that drive sales while upholding Breitling's heritage and craftsmanship.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in a luxury environment.
• In-depth knowledge of luxury retail and/or consumer goods in the UAE.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
• Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and teamwork abilities.
• Entrepreneurial, results-driven, innovative and ethical.

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with product knowledge and recommendations on Breitling products.
• Ensure merchandising is personalised to potential customers.
• Maintain relationships with current clients through regular contact to ensure satisfaction with services and purchases.
• Interact with potential clients to determine their needs and offer appropriate recommendations.
• Ensure the client experience is memorable with a strong understanding of their requirements.
• Provide customers with interactive product demonstrations to experience the product before purchase.
• Create an environment that encourages browsing and additional purchases.
• Inform customers about services and warranties offered by other departments.
• Support boutique events to promote high client attendance and strong sales results, and acknowledge special occasions.
• Ensure consistent first-class customer service and after-sales experiences to increase loyalty.
• Implement and measure CRM initiatives through team action plans and Salesforce usage.
• Capture meaningful customer data to build professional relationships and personalise future opportunities.
• Respond to and resolve customer concerns promptly.

Your responsibilities

• Providing customers with product knowledge and recommendations on which Breitling products would best suit their needs
• Ensure implementation of merchandising that is personalised to potential customers
• Maintaining relationships with current clients through regular contact to ensure satisfaction with the company’s services and their purchases
• Interacting with potential clients to determine their needs and interests to make appropriate recommendations
• Ensure the client experience is memorable by showing a good understanding of their customer and their requirements
• Providing customers with insightful and interactive product demonstrations so they can experience the product before making a purchase
• Creating an environment that encourages customers to spend time in the store and encourages them to make additional purchases
• Providing customers with information about products and services offered by other departments e.g. after sales services, product warranty
• Maximise opportunities to make customers feel special through the implementation of boutique events which promote high client attendance and strong sales results, as well as acknowledging birthdays and other important occasions
• Ensure consistent 1st class customer service and after sales experiences to increase and retain customer loyalty
• Ensure the implementation, execution and measurement of company CRM initiatives through team action plans and efficient use of SalesForce
• Capture meaningful customer data to build professional relationships and personalise future client development opportunities
• Respond and resolve customer concerns in a professional and rapid manner

Job requirements

Your profile:

• You have at least 3-5 years of experience in a luxury environment
• You are currently holding a similar role with in-depth knowledge of luxury retail and/or consumer goods in the UAE
• You are bilingual in English and Arabic; other languages will be considered
• You have strong negotiation skills and the ability to handle objections
• Also, you have excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment
